NEW weapon parts/mods:

- NEW Sticky Mines (epic)

NEW enemies/elites:

- NEW Purple Shield enemy (after wave 20)
- NEW Purple Magnet enemy (after wave 25)

NEW Passive Perks:

- NEW Walls? (1000G)

Fixing/reworking Passive Perks:

- Perk Points are no longer needed to activate Perks
- Perk Points now upgrade Perks

Fixing/reworking weapon parts:

- buffed Drone Mod (-0.05s attack time)
- buffed Powdered Snow (+4 ammo +firerate) (also renamed it)

Fixing/reworking enemies:

- Enemy Projectiles now get faster over time

Bug fixes: 

- drone no longer attacks the shopkeeper
- Healthy Mag no longer gives you more than max ammo

General:

- plasma attack dmg numbers are now pink
- Perk Points now cost 100G

when the bullets gain speed, the later levels become impossible. literally. big red guy? kaboom. medium red? if you kill them, they WILL hit you. pink guy? laser. shockingly, spiker is fine. but twins? first phase is same as pink guys, but second phase is un- dodgeable. and the shields can go on yellows, which means they can now have health. i thought they were supposed to be 1 hit kills, but they have health, which is fine on it's own, but THEY get faster too! like, what!?!?!? make the bullets stop gaining speed
